Before you begin prepare your self and the room in which you are going to burn your candle. To prepare yourself you must first be relaxed and in a positive frame of mind. To achieve this, take some time to prepare. A relaxing bath, some ambient music preferably without lyrics would be ideal. Make sure that you haven’t eaten a heavy meal before you begin. The room that you will be working in must be clean and tidy with nothing out of place. Try to make your work surface as pretty and pleasant as you would like to see it. Have a small coffee table, or suitable surface, in place where you intend to light your candle.
